About Me

Hi! I'm Brynn

I'm here to help you craft intentional and purposeful change that sticks.

Change can be messy because it isn't linear like a ladder, but rather resembles a jungle gym without an obvious route. Knowing how to traverse it can be challenging, and along the way, we might lose our grips and fall.

But guess what? If we don't fall, we don't learn. A combined sense of curiosity and experimentation will fuel the journey forward.

Let's work together to discover the optimal path, hone our agility and resilience superpowers at every turn, and create positive and sustained impact.

Who Am I?

For the last 16+ years, I've helped my clients embrace and craft change, learning how to skillfully and positively transform the challenges and disruptions associated with change into opportunities for growth, improvement, and success through cutting-edge strategies applicable in any environment. Whether the change is people, process, or technology-related, I leverage my extensive background in strategic human resources, talent development, and employee engagement to provide a distinctive perspective with proven results. By blending expertise in the science of human behavior with the art of catalyzing change, I empower business leaders to make a lasting impact by harnessing the power of the front line and middle management to create safe and trusting cultures that accelerate change, while galvanizing technologies that enable innovation. I integrate human-centered design into every aspect of an approach, driving organizational change one person at a time.

Grounded in my core values of curiosity, courage, and growth, I thrive on discomfort, viewing it as the catalyst for personal and professional evolution. As a strategist, I merge my high level and nitty gritty experience to help my clients realize the human factors of ROI - adoption, utilization and proficiency. My vibrant personality, once-dubbed "no-filter", infuses honesty into my work, driving a commitment to truth even when inconvenient.

Beyond the boardroom, I am a CrossFit athlete and long-distance competitive swimmer, leveraging the discomfort of sports to stay connected to the rough edges of change. I believe in sitting with discomfort, embracing the pain, and understanding that growth follows. As a lover of therapy and women's work, I see myself as a perpetual improvement project, constantly diving deep for self-discovery.
